CNSNext Combats COVID-19 with Innovation

CNSNext Responds Quickly to Severe Weather Throughout Service Areas

Severe weather, including damaging winds, rain, and tornadic activity, passed through the southwest Georgia area on Thursday, April 23rd. The severe weather caused damage to power and telecommunication networks throughout the area, affecting many CNSNext customers. Channel Maintenance - 4/22

Wednesday, April 22nd from approximately 11am-1pm, WTWC, WTLH and WTLF will be performing routine maintenance on their tower. This may temporarily affect the following channels: NBC, Fox, The CW, Charge, Heroes and Icons, Comet, and/or TBD TV. Thank you for your patience as these networks perform their maintenance work.



Cable Issue

**ATTENTION all cities** An issue with our Emergency Alert System has caused all cable boxes to tune to channel 14 and is not allowing customers to change the channel. To fix this, simply power off your cable box, then power it back on. We apologize for this strange inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Effective Monday, March 23rd, CNSNext technicians will actively work to connect and serve our customers, from outside the residence or business ONLY. Technicians will not be providing services inside the premise until this crisis has passed.
