CNSNext Planned Maintenance

CNSNext engineers will conduct scheduled maintenance on October 14th between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM. This maintenance will affect Internet, Phone, and NextStream services for our cable modem customers in Camilla, GA. Once the maintenance is completed, your equipment—such as computers, routers, and firewalls—may need to be restarted to refresh the process. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

CNSNext recently opened a new Customer Engagement Facility at 77 Williamsburg Avenue in Thomasville to serve the participating communities of Cairo, Camilla, Moultrie, Thomasville, Pelham, Baconton, Doerun, and Norman Park. CNSNext Cable Retirement Date Extended

We have extended the retirement date to November 15th to allow more time for customers to get their cable services converted to NextStream and avoid service interruptions.



CNSNext Online Payment Portal Is Now Live!

Our new CNSNext payment portal is now live, offering online bill pay convenience. Visit cnsnext.com and click on the green “Pay My Bill” tab at the top of the page to get started. If you have any questions, give us a call at (844) 721-8029.
