CNSNext Telephone Service is being upgraded!
Beginning in November, CNSNext is upgrading all telephone customers in batches. This process will take several weeks.
Here are some important things to know about the upgrade:
- Your voicemail messages will not transfer after the upgrade.
- Special features will be reset during the upgrade. Reset features after the upgrade is complete.
- This upgrade doe NOT change your phone number or package pricing.

During the upgrade, you will experience a brief service outage of about 5 minutes.
Outside of that 5-minute window, you will still be able to make outgoing calls, however, there may be an interruption to receiving incoming calls until the upgrade is completed. The entire process is expected to take approximately 3 hours.
