We’re excited to have you join our local network. This page is for new residential customers who are ready to start Internet, Streaming TV, or Home Phone service. You can sign up for your new services online right here. If you are an existing customer who needs to make changes to your current services, please call our office during business hours at 1-844-721-8029 for assistance.

Before You Begin

To complete your online sign-up, please have the following items ready to upload or email after checkout. These are required to verify your identity and address and to set up your new account:

1. Photo Identification (Proof of Who You Are)
Accepted documents include:

  • Driver’s license

  • State-issued or government-issued photo ID

  • Passport


2. Proof of Residency (Proof of Where You Live)
Accepted documents include:

  • Current utility bill showing your name and service address

  • Lease agreement signed by both renter and landlord

  • Mortgage or deed (proof of home ownership)

  • Official mail from a government agency or financial institution showing your name and service address. Examples include a recent letter from the IRS, Social Security Administration, state or local government office, bank, or insurance provider. Personal mail or advertisements are not accepted.


3. Document Showing Your Social Security Number
Accepted documents include:

  • Social Security card

  • W-2 form

  • Tax document (such as a 1099 or other official tax paperwork)

Streaming Customers: Before you begin, please take a moment to review our Streaming Packages so you can choose the option that best fits your viewing needs. You can also view our Channel Lineup by City to make sure your favorite channels are included in your package.

Please make sure you have these documents available as scans or photos before you begin. If these items are not provided at the time of online sign-up, it may delay processing your order. After completing your online sign-up, you’ll receive instructions in your emailed receipt on where to email these documents.
