I state that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the CNSNext residential application for services and collection policy.

Upon acceptance of this Application by the South Georgia Governmental Services Authority, d/b/a CNSNext:

  1. Customer shall be entitled to terminate CNSNext services at any time, and CNSNext shall be entitled to terminate its services at any time. Upon the termination of services all CNSNext equipment shall be returned to CNSNext. CNSNext will bill for services at its current rates, as adjusted from time to time. Payment is due within 18 days of the date of the invoice.
  2. CNSNext will use its best efforts to provide the services identified above and to restore service as soon as possible following any interruption. CNSNext does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of latency or delay, that the services will meet the customer’s requirements, or that the services will prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
  3. CNSNext is not responsible for a customer’s loss of data, and customer is advised to back up all data, files and software prior to the installation of service and at regular intervals thereafter.
  4. CNSNext MAKES NO WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ITS SERVICES AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CNSNext BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST REVENUES, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL OF ANY KIND.
  5. Application for service will not be accepted until the applicant, or the person for whom the application is being submitted, has paid or made satisfactory arrangements to pay CNSNext all sums then owning and unpaid for previous service whether at the current location or any other premises. After service has been established, CNSNext reserves the right to discontinue service if it finds that the service is being shared with, or is in whole or partially for the benefit of a person owing the CNSNext for previous service whether at this or any other premises.
  6. I authorize CNSNext to contact me via email, text message, or automated phone call regarding my account or services. This includes billing reminders, service notices, and promotional messages.
  7. Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to CNSNext-owned equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or the actions of household members, guests, children or pets. In such cases, customer agrees to pay the replacement cost as determined by CNSNext.
  8. CNSNext Collection Policy on Delinquent Accounts: Application for service will not be accepted until the applicant or person for whose benefit application is being submitted has paid or has made satisfactory arrangements to pay CNSNext all sums then owning and unpaid by him for previous service rendered by CNSNext for any purpose whether at these or any other premises. After service has been established, CNSNext reserves the right to discontinue service if it finds that the service is to be shared with or is in whole or part for the benefit of a person owing the CNSNext for previous service wherever rendered.
  9. I agree to pay any and all collection costs that may be incurred by a third-party vendor to facilitate the recovery process of my outstanding amount due.
