We are currently in negotiation with Fox Corporation to continue to offer their cable networks including FOX News Channel, FOX Business Network, FOX Sports 1, FOX Sports 2, FOX Deportes, and Fox Soccer Plus to our customers. We are attempting to reach a fair agreement with FOX, but they are demanding that we agree to unreasonable terms and extremely high rate increases that will directly impact our customers’ monthly bill. If we are unable to reach an agreement before Tuesday December 31st at 11:59 p.m., FOX may force us to remove their cable networks from our lineup.
