CNSNext will be performing necessary CMTS upgrades in all service areas beginning in March. During these upgrades, CNSNext telephone and Internet services will be temporarily unavailable.

The upgrades will follow the schedule below:

  • Thomasville: March 30, 2021 from 12:00AM (midnight) to 2:00AM **This work has been completed.**
  • Camilla, Baconton, and Pelham: March 16, 2021 from 12:00AM (midnight) to 2:00AM **This work has been completed.**
  • Cairo: March 23, 2021 from 12:00AM (midnight) to 2:00AM **This work has been completed.**
  • Moultrie, Doerun, and Norman Park: March 23, 2021 from 12:00AM (midnight) to 2:00AM **This work has been completed.*

Updates will be posted on the CNSNext Facebook page and the CNSNext website.
